ACE Teacher Formation Program
ACE teachers come from a variety of backgrounds. They represent nearly every academic discipline and over 50 different undergraduate institutions. Since its inception in 1994, ACE has drawn participants from over 100 different undergraduate institutions with a diverse set of personal, community, and religious experiences. They come from across the country and represent a number of ethnic and cultural backgrounds. ACE also accepts college graduates who are not joining ACE straight out of college.
In 2001, ACE began the ACE South Bend program for career-changers and people committed to living in the South Bend area who are interested in becoming teachers. Members teach in local schools and are not required to live in community, making it easier for married people and parents to serve in Catholic schools.
ACE Leadership Program
ACE Leadership is open to Catholic school teachers and administrators nationwide who are committed to becoming effective Catholic school administrators. Applicants must possess an undergraduate degree.
ENL Program
The ENL Program is open to Catholic school teachers who instruct English language learners in the United States or abroad.
