Benefits
In return for a commitment of five years of service to a host school or diocese, the ACE Leadership Program offers its candidates a number of financial, educational, and professional benefits:
- A degree and graduate-level administrative certification program from the University of Notre Dame.
- Upon completion of the ACE Leadership Program, all participants are eligible for administrative licensure in the state of Indiana and apply for the appropriate interstate reciprocity under the direction of ACE’s in-house certification officer.
- All ACE Leadership Program participants are given regular opportunities to interact with a national community of scholars in Catholic education.
- All participants attend the annual retreat each January.
- Upon completion of the program, participants earn a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Educational Administration.
