What is unique about your community?

We have a great house across the street from St. George. The big backyard lends itself to barbeques, boccie, and volleyball tournaments. It has four bedrooms, two living rooms, and a pool table in the garage, which is also known as “Joe’s Pool Hall.”

Provide a brief description of Fort Worth

Fort Worth is home to about half a million people, and is located 45 minutes from Dallas. It is nicknamed “Cow Town” because of its Historic Stockyards, which look like something straight out of the Old West, complete with cobblestone streets, Billy Bob’s Texas (the biggest honky-tonk bar in the country), a mechanical bull, and Texas longhorns that are walked through the street twice a day. Fort Worth also has a beautiful downtown full of restaurants, bars, shops, and the Bass Performance Hall. There are white Christmas lights on the trees year round. TCU home of the Horned Frogs is located a short drive from the ACE house and is a great place to relax, work, and enjoy college sports. The Trinity Trails follow the Trinity River and offer miles of biking and running paths.

What do you like most about Fort Worth?

Fort Worth is the best city in Texas! It has a great downtown, amazing restaurants, museums, history, a major university, botanic gardens, and a great nightlife. Fort Worth has been voted one of the “most livable cities in America.” It also is a great size; it’s big enough to have everything you might want, but small enough to be manageable.
