Provide a brief description of Tampa Bay:
Tampa is primarily a tourist area, offering a beautiful downtown with a waterfront promenade, miles and miles of beaches along the Gulf of Mexico and several interesting museums. About 20 minutes north of downtown, our community lives in Pinellas Park on the property of Sacred Heart Parish. Pinellas Park is a residential community with many strip malls, located about 20 minutes from the beach.
What do you like most about Tampa Bay?
It is really wonderful to be able to go to the beach on the weekend or in the evening to see the sun set. For runners, you can go running year round. There’s lots to do here – lots of little restaurants and cafes. Busch Gardens, Universal Studios, and Disney World are just a short drive away. The weather is awesome. Even if it rains it usually only rains for an hour or two and then goes right back to being warm and sunny :)
