Principals Academy

Again in 2011, ACE Consulting will gather principals of Catholic schools for the annual Principal's Academy.  This year's focus is on 21st century leadership.

The Principals Academy will strengthen your 21^st century academic leadership.  You will engage in discussions with expert faculty and practitioners and develop a leadership plan with facilitators to improve  21^st century teaching and learning in  your school.  Also, during the Academy you will build community with fellow principals, so you have not only the skills to lead effectively, but the support to do so.  Following the Academy, you will have the opportunity to receive professional support during the upcoming school year in order to successfully implement your leadership plan.

By the end of the Academy you will:

• Have a broader understanding of 21^st century skills
• Understand why these skills are critical to your school’s future
• Possess a vision for 21^st century teaching and learning in your school
• Be prepared to implement 21^st century teaching and learning in your school
