ACE is committed to helping Catholic schools welcome and meet the needs of all learners in a supportive, faith-filled environment. Through the Strategic Intervention Teams (SIT) program, ACE helps Catholic schools implement a pre-referral team of regular education teachers, to support each other in meeting the needs of diverse learners, especially students with mild learning and behavioral disabilities.
SIT affirms that teaching children with mild to moderate special needs is really just good teaching, that teachers can work together to plan for and assess the value of helpful learning strategies for these children, and that all children in a class will benefit from such quality instruction.

ACE is proud to participate in the year long conversation on K-12 education. Learn more at forum.nd.edu
