Objectives

· Apply a framework for building an intentional school culture of continuous improvement to your own school community in order to form a strong, positive, intentional school culture that facilitates student achievement.

· Evaluate the state of your current school culture and identify areas of strength and opportunities for growth.

· Explain the relationship between an intentional, purposeful, and thoughtfully-designed school culture and student achievement gains.

· Develop a vision for your school culture by articulating the animating principle, shared purpose, root beliefs, and core values upon which the school culture will be built.  

· Construct a long-term implementation plan that leads faculty and staff in a school culture building process over the coming months/years.
