To advance your strategic goals, ACE Consulting partners with school and (arch)diocesan leaders to design and deliver professional development programs both on campus at Notre Dame and on-site at your local (arch)diocese.
Visit Notre Dame each summer to advance your professional goals by attending our academies and conferences. The Superintendents Conference offers diocesan leaders the opportunity to assess and address strategic challenges by accessing instructional, financial, and managerial expertise. The Principals Academy offers school leaders the opportunity to evaluate and enhance instructional programs utilizing research and best practice within the context of a national cohort. Offered for the first time in the summer of 2012, the Equitable Services Institute will coach administrators on how to access federal funding allocated for their students. Programs are designed to be Title IIA eligible.
Customized programs are designed to meet your local needs in high impact areas. Programs are delivered on-site through a variety of methods that fit your needs: in-service presentations (from half day to multiple days), on-going visits throughout an academic year or over several academic years, on-site mentoring and coaching, and on-line content access and resource support.
