Daniel Lapsley, Ph.D.

Coordinator of Academic Programs

Dr. Lapsley is the Coordinator of Academic Programs for ACE and Chair of the Department of Psychology. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in the Department of Educational Psychology, with a specialty in Human Development. He is the author or editor of 7 books and numerous articles and chapters on various topics in adolescent development, moral psychology and moral-character education. Dr. Lapsley currently serves on the editorial boards of Developmental Psychology, Journal of Educational Psychology and the Journal of Early Adolescence.
