Our Lady of Guadalupe School in Houston, TX is accepting applications for 2008-09 teaching positions. OLG is an inner school with a predominantly Hispanic population. Approximately 40% of our students qualify for financial assistance. Our academic expectations are high. 95-100% of OLG graduates are accepted each year into local Catholic high school and magnet schools.

Full-time positions.
Elementary teacher in a self-contained classroom with a maximum of 24 students. Teacher is responsible for planning, teaching, and student assessment in all subjects with the exception of Art, Music, Computer, and PE. Teacher is also
responsible for parent communication, class management, and student records.

Middle school teacher for a subject area in a classroom with a maximum of 24 students. Teacher is responsible for planning, teaching, and student assessment. Teacher is also responsible for parent communication, class management, and student records.
