Lauren Sinnock is an Associate Program Director for ACE Teaching Fellows, advancing formation efforts for teachers in California. While completing her Master of Education degree through the University of Notre Dame as a member of ACE 27, Lauren taught and coached at Bishop McLaughlin Catholic High School in the Tampa, FL area. She served primarily 9th and 10th grade students through AP Human Geography, Honors American History, Honors World History, and College Prep World History. To continue her involvement in social studies education, she currently serves as clinical faculty in the content area course of the M.Ed. program. Through this, she equips first and second-year teachers in the middle and high school settings with instructional and curriculum planning support as well as disciplinary-specific pedagogy skills.
A graduate of Georgetown University, Lauren majored in American studies and minored in Government and Education, Inquiry, and Justice. She is originally from San Diego, CA.
