Bridgette McDermott

Associate Recruiting Coordinator, ACE Teaching Fellows

Bridgette McDermott serves as the Associate Recruiting Coordinator for the ACE Teaching Fellows Program. Bridgette earned her Master of Education degree from the Teaching Fellows program in 2017, while teaching 4th and 5th grade English Language Arts at St. Elizabeth of Hungary Catholic School in Dallas, Texas. She currently supports ACE’s recruitment and communication efforts both on and off campus.

Bridgette earned a B.A. in Philosophy and Communication from Boston College in 2015. She is originally from Port Washington, New York.

The Alliance for Catholic Education (ACE) is a two-year fellowship in which participants teach in an under-resourced Catholic school while also earning a cost-free Master of Education degree from the University of Notre Dame. By forming a new generation of committed, faith-filled Catholic school teachers, ACE aspires to sustain and strengthen Catholic education.
