Adelante will take place on the campus of the University of Notre Dame, June 24 - 26, 2024. We will begin with a welcome dinner at 5:00 p.m. EDT on Monday, June 24 in Notre Dame Stadium, and we will conclude at noon on Wednesday, June 26.

The registration period for the 2024 Adelante Summer Conference opens in mid-December and will close on May 1, 2024. Spots are limited, so register today! We encourage participation of superintendents and diocesan leadership, principals, PK-12 grade classroom teachers, instructional coaches, dual language educators and advocates, resource teachers, and anyone else who is engaged in this mission to advance educational opportunities for Latino children. We also encourage school teams to attend!

The cost to attend the Adelante Summer Conference is $450 per person and includes all meals, lodging on campus in a university residence hall, and materials. All participants are responsible for their own travel.

While the convenience of the on-campus residence halls is hard to beat, we understand that dorm life may not be for everyone. In the past, we have had a good number of participants exercise the option to stay in a hotel nearby. Should you choose to forego the dorms, we have reserved hotel blocks at the Inn at Saint Mary's and the Hilton Garden Inn across the street from campus. Please note, however, that participants who choose this option will be responsible for making their own hotel reservation and the associated cost. The hotel provides a complimentary breakfast and we will provide shuttle service from the hotel to campus. There is a special room block rate reserved for the Adelante Conference of $140 per night plus applicable taxes. To secure this rate, participants must call the hotel directly and mention the name of the conference. This special rate will expire on May 03, 2024. You will have the opportunity to select your lodging preference on the registration form.

If you are a local participant and will not be needing lodging, the registration fee is $300.

Please note, we strongly encourage schools to access Title II and Title III funds to defray the cost of attending the Adelante conference. On the registration form, you may request to pay via Title funds and we will provide an invoice, a Notre Dame W9 form, and an agenda that will satisfy the local education agencies (LEAs).

The deadline to register is May 1, 2024, or until all spots are filled.
