Who We Look For
Since its beginning in 2020, LEAD has grown every year. From 16 participants in Cohort 1 to 47 participants in Cohort 4, one thing that has not changed is that LEAD fellows are passionate, faith-filled educators who are committed to improving educational opportunities for children in Catholic schools.
Ideal candidates for LEAD desire to grow professionally and to strengthen their leadership skills. They are eager to reflect on and share their experiences with other Latino educators and they are seeking mentorship from a Latina/o leader. Additionally, ideal candidates are committed to Catholic education and exhibit a desire to continue growing in their faith.
