3K-8 School Principal - St. Alphonsus Parish and School

Saint Alphonsus Parish and School is seeking a dynamic and faith-filled principal to lead our school community into the future. The ideal candidate will be a/n successful/effective leader of teachers and students who desires to grow the faith and discipleship of our school students and families. This individual will provide strong, effective, and highly visible leadership and be able to articulate a long-range vision for the school.
Key areas of emphasis in this position include the nurturing and strengthening of a Catholic identity, the pursuit of academic excellence, implementation of fiscally responsible strategies, provide insight and collaboration for enrollment growth, and good stewardship of resources, and the maintenance of open lines of communication between school and parish staff, parents and the students at St. Alphonsus Parish School.
