Today, St. Gabriel remains a large, Catholic elementary school with an enrollment of over 500 students and two classes in each grade. The average class size is 30. We serve primarily the Sunset District and also draw students from other areas of the City, northern Peninsula, and southern coastal communities. Our student body is also representative of the ethnic diversity of the Bay Area. Seventy percent of our students are Catholic.

Position Title: 5th-6th grade Teacher’s Aide Position Type: Non-exempt, full-time, 35 hours per week, $18.67 - $19.25 per hour
Job Description:
Saint Gabriel School, a Catholic school located in the Sunset district of San Francisco, California is accepting applications for a Teacher’s Aide position for the 2025 – 2026 school year.
St. Gabriel offers two sections of each grade from kindergarten through grade eight. We are looking for a qualified, energetic person to support our 5th and/or 6th grade teaching team and classes.
Qualifications:
● An undergraduate 4-year degree is preferred
● School employment experience is preferred.
● Candidates must be willing to be collaborative, flexible, self-motivated, and interested in growing professionally.
