Saint Columbkille Partnership School, located in the Brighton neighborhood of Boston, educates students aged 2.9 years through Grade 8. Founded in 1901 by the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Boston, the school has educated generations of local families. Saint Columbkille Partnership School was re-established in 2006 and enjoys a unique partnership with Boston College, as the Laboratory School affiliated with its Lynch School of Education and Human Development, and with the Archdiocese of Boston and Saint Columbkille Parish.

Responsibilities:
Our ideal candidate is ambitious, creative, caring, and passionate, with professional experience working with elementary school-aged children. Responsibilities include ensuring the safety and well-being of children in the program, providing general program supervision, creating and implementing activities, assistance with homework and guiding and supporting children according to their development needs. We are especially interested in hiring teachers who possess special skills in the following areas that they can bring to our programs: art, music, theater, sports, dance, or other enrichment specialties.
Requirements:
Candidates must have experience working with elementary age school children. Bachelor’s degree or degree in progress with relevant experience preferred. Employment offers are contingent on successful passing of a MA Background Records Check (CORI, SORI, DCF, and Fingerprinting).
Hours:
These are part-time, hourly positions available during the school year from September through June, following the STCPS school schedule. The after-school program operates Monday - Friday from 3:00-5:30 pm, with the exception of 1:00-5:30 pm on the 1st and 3rd Friday of each month. Extra hours will be made available during February and April vacation weeks.
