Position: Assistant Boys’ Varsity Soccer Coach
Season Start: Tryouts begin on Monday, August 12
Season End: Concludes in mid-October
Compensation: A stipend is provided for this role
School Location: Holy Trinity High School – 1443 W. Division St, Chicago, IL 60642
Practice Location: Fleet Fields, Chicago
Responsibilities
Assist the head coach in planning and conducting practices
Provide guidance and mentorship to student-athletes
Help develop game strategies and analyze team performance
Ensure a positive and inclusive environment for all players
Attend all practices, games, mandatory coaches meetings, and relevant gatherings
Maintain equipment and ensure its proper use
Support students in maintaining their eligibility and academic performance
Qualifications
Previous coaching experience or playing experience at a competitive level
Strong communication and leadership skills
Passion for soccer and dedication to fostering athletic development
Ability to work collaboratively with coaching staff and school administration
CPR and First Aid certification preferred
