Assistant Principals are responsible for assisting the principal in developing the school's Catholic
identity, school operations, governance, and academic excellence. This role may include
overseeing student discipline, attendance, and support services; supervising staff and evaluating
performance; and managing school programs and activities.
Ideal candidates have a deep devotion to the Catholic faith, strong management skills, and
practice communicating with parents. We seek a dynamic individual who inspires students and
who works collaboratively and creatively with colleagues. Candidates should be passionate
about teaching and have a love for the students. Applicants must submit a completed
application to the Diocese of Arlington Office of Catholic Schools.
The successful candidate will have or will be working towards licensure in administration and supervision.
