Associate Director of Admissions

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Develop a plan to promote De La Salle Collegiate to prospective incoming students, transfer students, and parents.
• Assists in the development and maintenance of the admissions office’s recruitment and marketing plan to promote the school’s visibility and general recruitment efforts.
• Monitor statistical reports to enhance recruitment strategies, yield management, forecasting, and operational efficiency.
• Works closely with the Director of Marketing to develop the overall marketing campaign for the school and works strategically with the school’s constituents to ensure an integrated, engaging, and effective identity.
• Develop a school visitation program (i.e. campus tours, etc.) for prospective student and families.
• Manage a Tour Guide program-including selection and training of De La Salle Collegiate student guides/hosts for recruitment/admissions events.
• To visit the elementary and middle schools, and work with the Admissions Director with planning, coordinating and managing New Student Welcome Night.
• Establishes and publishes criteria and notification process for admissions decisions status of students.
• Performs intake interviews of new and prospective students when appropriate.
• Organizes the registration for new students.
• Answers all inquiries regarding the admissions process, sends information to all prospective families throughout the admissions process and assists in managing all database information on each family.
