The Associate Director of Leadership Formation collaborates closely with the academic team and works across all departments of the Office of Catholic Schools. They coordinate, design, and facilitate formation experiences and system-level professional development for aspiring and current elementary school principals to strengthen leadership practices, teaching, and learning in our schools. This professional supports all initiatives within the Leadership Formation Programs at OCS and fosters a culture of continuous improvement among the OCS Academic Team and principals. The Associate Director of Leadership Formation will enhance educator understanding of the Catholic school mission, OCS root beliefs, leadership and instructional practices aligned with system-wide goals, and data-driven instruction. This professional actively supports, models, and demonstrates a passion for the Catholic school mission, education, and leadership.
