Archbishop Moeller is an all-male, Catholic high school (grades 9-12) located in Cincinnati, OH. Founded by the Marianist order of Priests and Brothers, Moeller is a Catholic high school in the Marianist tradition. Moeller strives to educate all students, regardless of ability, in Mind, Body, and Spirit within a Community of Brothers. Moeller is nationally recognized for their House System and continues to be a leader in the integration of technology, celebrating over 20 years as a one-to-one tablet school. Moeller offers a comprehensive, college preparatory curriculum which includes over 30 Advanced Placement/College Credit Plus courses, as well as courses in visual and performing arts, world language, business, and information technology.
 
A key member of the campus ministry department, the campus minister for retreats and liturgies, leads a variety of programs for our students, both during and outside of school hours.
 
Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinate all aspects of retreat experiences for each grade level, including recruiting and training student and adult leaders, communicating with retreat centers, and overseeing a retreat committee. 
Plan meaningful liturgies and experiences of prayer for teenagers. 
Collaborate with the Campus Minister for Community Service, School Chaplain, and Administrative Assistant for organization and implementation of all programming and activities 
Oversee student and adult leadership teams 
Coordinate with appropriate parties to provide pastoral care to students. 
Facilitate small faith sharing groups and support groups, including Marianist LIFE ministry. 
 
Qualifications
Practicing Catholic.
Bachelor's or master's degree in pastoral ministry, theology, or a related field.
Experience in youth retreats and retreat methodology. 
Ability to relate to high school aged males and to motivate them to bring their faith to life. 
Skilled in collaboration with small groups to create and implement programs. 
High level of organizational skills. 
Willingness to work a flexible time schedule, including overnight retreat experiences. 
 
Compensation, Benefits and Hiring
Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer a robust benefits package including paid vacation, personal days, paid holidays, healthcare, dental, FSA, 401K option with employer contribution, graduate school tuition reimbursement, tuition remission for dependents, and paid lunch program. The position is full-time; contract is effective August 1 with orientation and onboarding in August.
