Holy Spirit Catholic School, located in Rock Springs, Wyoming, is seeking a dedicated and mission-driven Catholic educational leader to serve as Principal for the 2025-2026 school year. The ideal candidate will be a devoted, practicing Catholic with a deep knowledge and love of the Catholic faith, committed to sharing it compassionately within the school community. Holy Spirit Catholic School is a private Catholic elementary school serving students from Pre-Kindergarten through 6th grade. The school emphasizes a blend of Catholic faith and teachings with academic excellence, aiming to foster both the academic and personal growth of each child in partnership with parents.
As Principal, you will lead faculty and staff in being Gospel witnesses to students in Pre-K through 6th grade and their families. You will oversee the school's daily operations, ensuring a productive and faith-centered learning environment. Reporting to the Holy Spirit Catholic School Board and working collaboratively with the Director of Catholic School Leadership for the Diocese of Cheyenne, you will play a key role in fostering a thriving academic and spiritual community.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience
2-5 years of leadership or administrative experience in Catholic education
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Effective communication skills with students, parents, faculty, staff, and stakeholders
