The Dean of Students supports the mission of our Catholic school community to shape our students into saints and scholars. The Dean of Students works with a high level of independence and professional discretion to provide proactive leadership in the delivery of programs and services that support our students’ academic achievement, spiritual development, and behavioral needs. The Dean of Students works cooperatively with the principal, pastor, staff, students, and parents to help foster a positive, virtuous school climate.
Qualities of a Successful Candidate:
Practicing Catholic with a valid Ohio teacher or administrator license
Teaching and leadership experience within an educational setting
Self-motivated to obtain results and meet deadlines
Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Excellent organizational, communication, technological, and interpersonal skills
Establishes and maintains productive, collaborative relationships with the school community
Relates to students to develop a culture of respect, responsibility, and safety
