Job Position: Director of Enrollment & Advancement
(Part-time/18 Hours Weekly/In-person/Flexible Schedule)
Salary Range: $50 - $55 per hour

Job Description
IHM School is seeking a part-time Director of Enrollment and Advancement who will oversee the school’s enrollment strategy, marketing, and communications. This individual will play a critical role in attracting and retaining new students while cultivating relationships with prospective families and donors to support the school’s long-term growth and sustainability.
The Director of Enrollment and Advancement will perform the full range of job responsibilities required for increased enrollment and advancement of the school. This includes developing and implementing strategies to attract, enroll, and retain new students, ensuring enrollment goals are met while cultivating relationships with prospective families, feeder schools, and local organizations to promote the school’s mission, vision, and strong reputation. Additionally, the Director of Enrollment and Advancement will work closely with the school principal to manage the entire admissions process, including inquiries, tours, and applications while maintaining accurate records.
The Director of Enrollment and Advancement will also create compelling advertisement materials, digital content, and events that showcase the school’s strengths and opportunities for prospective students and families. The Director of Enrollment and Advancement will also secure and maintain donor relationships by managing communications, tracking contributions, and ensuring effective stewardship of gifts and partnerships. Finally, the Director of Enrollment and Advancement will track admissions, analyze enrollment data, and provide regular reports to the school principal and leadership team to inform strategic planning.
Qualifications
Candidates must possess:

An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (preferably in marketing, communications, business, or a related field)
•
Previous marketing experience required
•
A warm, friendly, and welcoming demeanor
•
A joyful willingness to serve in a Catholic faith-filled school
•
A willingness to be flexible
•
Demonstrated communication skills both written and verbally for outreach and for donor stewardship
•
Ability to utilize technology (i.e. Google workspace) in an office environment and to integrate technology as needed
•
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to engage prospective families, donors, and community partners
