Lumen Christi Academies, a network of five culturally diverse, innovative, agile, and inclusive Catholic schools, is seeking a Principal to lead St. Elizabeth School in Oakland, serving students from TK through 8th grade.

Requirements:
● Practicing Catholic with a deep understanding of and commitment to Catholic teachings
● Experience teaching or leading in a Catholic school
● Proven leadership experience in education (administrative credentials preferred)
● Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
● Business acumen (fiscal responsibilities, e.g.,budgeting)
● Leadership presence to work collaboratively with Pastors, Faith Formation Leaders, Parents, and Students
