Minimum Requirements:
- US work authorization is required, but we do accept OPT/CPT candidates.
- Four year degree from an accredited college or university
- Ability to reliably commute to campus five days a week

Job Type, Salary, and Benefits:
- Full-time, in-person only (remote or hybrid work is not available)
- Salary range begins at $50,000/year

About Great Hearts
Great Hearts is a growing, multi-state network of 45 public, open-enrollment charter schools, committed to provide a high-quality, classical liberal arts education to 29,000 K-12 students in Arizona, Louisiana, and Texas.
In our K-5 classrooms, we have two teachers who work together to ensure each of our scholars are receiving what we truly believe to be the best education for all. In the simplest of terms, the Lead Teacher leads, while the Apprentice Teacher (AT) shepherds. This means that while each teacher has his or her own role, they must work well together as a united front. While many ATs prefer this role long term, they are continuously mentored by their Lead and encouraged to grow into the Lead role at their own pace (sometimes in the same year).
