St. Anthony Tri-Parish Catholic School is seeking an enthusiastic and caring team players that will utilize and continue our strong academic excellence and Catholic faith. The candidate must be able to develop strong relationships with students, create an environment that is learning centered through effective classroom management, and communicate and collaborate respectfully with parents, staff, and administration. SAS provides high-quality, faith-centered instruction that promotes the spiritual, academic, social, and emotional development of each student.
Qualifications:
The candidate must have the following qualifications:
■ Bachelor’s degree in Education. Preferred PTSB Wyoming Certification
■ A passion for working with elementary-aged children
■ Willingness to fulfill responsibilities for following the approved curriculum
Responsibilities:
1. Develops strong and appropriate relationships with students, parents, and staff.
2. Creates a positive and faith-filled classroom environment conducive to learning for all
students.
3. Plans and implements effective lesson plans that meet individual needs, interests, and
abilities.
4. Monitors, assesses, and analysis data relating to student progress.
5. Maintains a positive and professional attitude at all times.
6. Is adaptable and treats all people with dignity and respect.
7. Works with other staff members to form a positive, supportive team atmosphere.
8. Displays effective communication skills with staff and families.
9. Promotes Catholic Identity through lessons and role modeling.
