Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Elementary Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging classroom environment that fosters student learning, growth, and faith development. The teacher will be committed to the values of Catholic education and will work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and school leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver effective instruction aligned with curriculum standards and Catholic teachings

• Create a supportive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment

• Use a variety of teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs

• Assess student progress and maintain accurate records of student performance

• Integrate faith-based learning and moral development into daily instruction

• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress

• Participate in school-wide activities, faculty meetings, and professional development

• Collaborate with fellow staff members to support school goals and student success

• Uphold and model Catholic values and the mission of the school 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (required)

• Montana state teaching certification or ability to obtain (required)

• Practicing Catholic (preferred, but not required)

• Experience in elementary education (preferred)

• Strong classroom management and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Commitment to fostering academic excellence and spiritual growth in students
