Teacher Aide

We are in search of a faith-filled Teacher Aide to join our team of passionate Catholic educators. The successful candidate will assist classroom teachers in implementing instructional activities, supervising students, and providing personalized support to help students achieve their academic and social-emotional goals.

Qualifications

Have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
Valid MN paraprofessional license or the ability to obtain one
Prior experience working with elementary-aged children is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Has proficiency in technology skills as the position demands
Successfully complete standard Diocesan-required employee background check, BCA check, credit check, and motor vehicle check.
Successfully complete VIRTUS training and maintain all Safe Environment Requirements of the Diocese of New Ulm and The Church of St. Peter.
