Clear Water Academy is a private Catholic Regnum Christi school located in Calgary, Alberta, that serves Junior Kindergarten through Grade 12 students on a beautiful campus located in the centre of the city. The school has a culture of academic rigour and active community engagement that features a Christ-centered environment of faith, excellence, and reason. The mission of the Regnum Christi school is the formation of Christian leaders who will transform society. Appointed by and accountable to the school’s Board of Directors of both the Clear Water Academy Foundation and the Clear Water Academy Property Foundation, the Executive Director serves as the school’s leader and is entrusted with the overall responsibility for fostering an outstanding educational institution and school community. This role encompasses the application of the Principles of a Regnum Christi School and the Integral Formation method of education. Recognized as the leader of the school, the Executive Director oversees the fulfillment of the school’s mission, including all formation, academic, administrative and business functions.
The Executive Director will be directly responsible for overseeing:
• Strategic and Operational Planning
• Fulfillment of the School’s mission
• Fundraising and Friend-raising
• Enrollment Management
• Staff Management
• Financial Management and Facility Stewardship
Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in education, administration, or a related field
• Practicing Catholic who has an apostolic zeal for the Church
• Ability to inspire and support the school’s mission
• Strong strategic planning and communication skills
• Relatable, personable and faith-filled leader
• Significant leadership experience, preferably in Catholic education
