St. Ambrose Catholic School, the only Catholic dual language school in Virginia, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Preschool/Kindergarten Teacher to nurture young learners in a faith-filled, bilingual environment. This is a full-time position.
What We’re Looking For:

An early childhood educator with experience and training in dual language instruction who is passionate about fostering language development and faith formation in young children.

A caring, creative, and energetic teacher excited to be part of a growing dual language program and a collaborative Catholic school community.

A strong commitment to academic excellence, child-centered learning, and bilingual immersion pedagogy.

Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English.

A commitment to obtaining a VCEA teaching license within a year of employment.
Our Dual Language Vision:
Starting in the 2025-2026 school year, preschool through third-grade students will receive 50% of instruction in English and 50% in Spanish. By 2030, our entire school—preschool through eighth grade—will be fully dual language.
