Saint Mary's Catholic High School, Arizona's oldest Catholic high school, seeks a passionate and knowledgeable Campus Minister for the 2025-2026 school year. The ideal candidate will be able to guide and encourage all members of the school community to contribute to the Catholic identity of the campus and the formation of the faith community which responds to the spiritual needs of the students, teachers, staff, and families.

Under the principal's supervision and with support from the chaplain, the Campus Minister fosters a dynamic faith environment rooted in Catholic identity. Responsibilities include forming a faith community, implementing effective retreats, directing Kairos, coordinating school Mass, providing opportunities for students to live out social justice, and collaborating with the larger community.

Minimum Qualifications:
-Must be practicing Catholic (Bona-Fide Occupational Qualifications - BFOQ) in good canonical standing
-Possesses the equivalent of a bachelor’s degree in theology, religious studies or a related field (Masters degree preferred)
-Certified by the Arizona State Department of Education with a minimum of a Substitute Certificate
-Completed Catechist Certification and/or re-certification as required by Diocesan policy
-Completed Safe Environment Training and signed the Code of Conduct
-Completed FBI Fingerprint clearance
