Kennedy Catholic High School is a private Catholic high school located in Burien, Washington.

JOB SUMMARY
To teach a combination of Theology classes offered in Grades 9-12 for the 2024-25 school year.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in the specific content area (Theology)
• Master’s degree preferred
• Familiarity with educational technology
• Recent classroom experience, preferably in a high school setting
• An active Catholic, in good standing with the Church

The ideal candidate will possess the skills and abilities to:
• Work with students from a variety of cultural backgrounds and learning abilities
• Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners
• Effectively utilize educational technology to enhance the learning of students
• Use data to inform instructional practices
• Work collaboratively within the department on curriculum and assessments
• Be flexible and resourceful
• Be organized and an effective communicator with all members of the school community
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Salary is dependent upon experience, certification, and education according to Kennedy Catholic’s faculty compensation schedule. For the 2024-2025 school year, a
teacher’s salary ranges between $54,333 and $103,123
