Instructional Assistant - St. Mary's Cathedral School

St. Mary's Cathedral School in Miami, Florida has an opening for a Full-Time Instructional Assistant for the 2025-26 school year. The applicant must be nurturing, creative and a dedicated professional with the ability to support the learning environment, cultivate critical thinking skills, work collaboratively as part of a team and lead small group lessons. The candidate performs duties and responsibilities in alignment with the mission, vision, and tenets of the Catholic Archdiocese of Miami.

Qualifications:
High School diploma required.
AA / BS / BA degree in education preferred.
Excellent oral and written English language communication skills, including clear speaking voice and correct spelling and grammar.
Must have collaborative skills.
Excellent classroom management skills.
Excellent presentation skills with skills in use of instructional technologies.
Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel, & PowerPoint preferred.
Supportive and respectful of the mission and tenets of the Roman Catholic Church.
Experience in Roman Catholic environment preferred.
Must have a professional demeanor.
