Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and collaborative K–5 Teacher to join our elementary faculty for the 2025–2026 school year. The teacher will be responsible for leading instruction in a self-contained classroom, providing a well-rounded, developmentally appropriate Catholic education that supports students’ academic, social, and spiritual growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and implement engaging, standards-aligned lesson plans across core subject areas
Foster a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and respected
Integrate Gospel values into daily teaching and classroom culture
Assess student progress regularly and adapt instruction to meet individual needs
Communicate clearly and consistently with families regarding student growth and classroom activities
Collaborate with colleagues to support a cohesive K–8 curriculum and school-wide initiatives
Participate actively in faculty meetings, professional development, and school community events
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field required
Valid teaching license or certification preferred
0–2 years of teaching experience (more welcome)
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Commitment to Catholic education and values
Must pass background check and complete diocesan Safe Environment Training within 60 days of hire
