Holy Trinity School, a Catholic elementary school in the Jesuit Tradition, is seeking a Kindergarten Teacher to join our faculty for the 2025-2026 school year. The successful candidate will work as part of a dynamic, high-energy educational team and will have strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Duties and responsibilities include:
Build relationships with students all day (joyful, age-appropriate sense of humor is required)
Collaborate with all members of the grade-level team and instructional support team, implementing the established curriculum while also maintaining flexibility
Along with a full-time assistant teacher, the Kindergarten teacher is responsible for the implementing the full curriculum daily
Create a classroom that is joyful, creative, learner based, including lessons planning and delivery, activities, space, and assessment
Maintain open and positive communication with parents and guardians
Inform classroom and teaching with Catholic, Jesuit values including prayer, kindness, justice, and compassion
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
Teaching experience preferred
Experience with Science of Reading curriculum strongly preferred
Patience and ability to relate well to 4-6 year olds
