St. Joseph Catholic School in West St. Paul is currently seeking an outstanding middle school math teacher to join our school community for the 2024-25 school year. QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal applicant will have the following qualifications:
The ability to contribute to a culture of: (1) faith in Christ and His Church that is mature, informed, accountable, and dynamically missionary; (2) respect for the dignity, freedom, responsibility, and social vocation of the human person made in God’s image; and (3) human excellence reinforced through high, yet reasonable expectations for learning and for virtuous interactions among all members of the school community.
Strong classroom management skills, balancing classroom structure with rapport in working with kids.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in mathematics, math education, or a related field
Two of more years of teaching experience preferred, but not required
Current Minnesota teaching license preferred, but not required
