Cristo Rey Jesuit Seattle High School seeks a dynamic Operations Coordinator to steer our day-to-day school operations. This individual must communicate clearly across all departments and continuously improve our processes. A primary focus will be streamlining communications for all school events, transportation and facilities. We are looking for a mission-driven individual who can start the position soon. Job Title: Operations Coordinator
• Reports to: Vice President of Finance and Operations
• Full-time, 12-month, Exempt
• Salary: $70,000–$80,000 annually, commensurate with experience

Position Summary
The Operations Coordinator ensures the smooth execution of daily operations by collaborating across departments, refining systems, and managing logistics. This role is central to streamlining communication, transportation, calendaring, and facilities processes. The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy, mission-driven professional with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
Transportation
• Manage third-party transportation partnerships
• Document and improve transportation policies and procedures
• Coordinate logistics for student/staff field trips and events
• Oversee the school’s vehicle fleet, including maintenance and compliance
Calendaring & Project Management
• Maintain and coordinate the school’s operational calendar
• Lead project planning for Operations Department and ensure all school projects are managed and communicated clearly to stakeholders and managers.
• Develop future-year calendars for leadership review
Facilities
• Oversee campus opening and closing procedures
• Coordinate cafeteria and kitchen maintenance
• Support facilities repair and materials management for staff

Qualifications
• Commitment to CRJS’s mission and values
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in operations, logistics, or administrative coordination
• Bilingual skills a plus
