St. Michael’s in Sante Fe, a co-ed institution serving students in the 7th through 12th grades, was founded in 1859 by the De La Salle Christian Brothers. Sante Fe, a culturally rich community, was established in 1610 as a Spanish colonial capital. Interestingly this founding occurred 70-years before St. John Baptist de La Salle began the Lasallian educational tradition and spirituality.
