Role Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Manager is a key role at Seton Catholic Schools with responsibility for sourcing, attracting, and hiring mission aligned talent that will positively impact the academic and faith formation of all our students. We are seeking a relationship driven professional to lead proactive talent recruitment, selection, and engagement initiatives within our network. The Talent Acquisition Manager will develop, refine, and execute sourcing, outreach, marketing, recruitment, and selection practices to identify, attract, and hire high quality teachers and staff who are aligned with our Catholic values for all of the Seton schools. She/he will develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified educators through university and other partner relationships.
