ELEMENTARY HOMEROOM TEACHER (2025-2026 SCHOOL YEAR)
Ecole Notre Dame des Victoires (NDV), a Catholic elementary school Transitional Kindergarten
- Grade 8) located in downtown San Francisco, seeks an educator in a self-contained elementary
homeroom classroom. Key qualities of an NDV teacher include a positive attitude, deep interest
in learning new skills related to teaching, and a desire to collaborate with others.
Qualifications:
● Four-year undergraduate degree
● Excellent oral and written communication skills
● Experience in and ability to plan, implement and follow an innovative curriculum
● Skillful at appropriately integrating technology into lessons
● Possess an understanding of and experience with a differentiated classroom.
● Must be a practicing Catholic and able to support and promote the Catholic identity of the
school.
School-wide Responsibilities:
● Attend weekly meetings
● Plan, organize and lead field trips
● Perform duties such as yard and lunchroom supervision
● Attend all school Masses, faculty retreats and prayer services
● Participate in professional development workshopa
● Other duties as assigned
Salary: $59,515 - $104,931 (advanced education and certifications not included) + generous
benefits package
