Annette Romans supports the critical work of educators serving in Catholic schools on Native American reservations through her work leading professional development initiatives which seek to enrich educator formation to directly and concretely impact student outcomes and uplift the communities being served. Additionally, Annette assists with the ACE English as a New Language Program. Previously, Annette served as faculty for the Elementary Education Program at Holy Cross College, directing the Holy Cross AICSN Fellows BA-Completion Program and the ENL Certification Program. Annette is an alumnus of ACE Teaching Fellows (ACE 11/South Bend) and over the last twenty years has served Catholic Schools in the Diocese of Fort Wayne-South Bend in the role of teacher, interventionist, mentor, professional development consultant, ENL Certification faculty for practicing teachers, and school advisory board member.
