As a Regional Director in Indianapolis, Carissa works collaboratively across the NDAA network of schools supporting leaders and teachers. Building strong professional cultures which emphasize continued growth and development is central to her work.
Carissa has served in the Archdiocese of Indianapolis for fifteen years as a teacher, assistant principal and principal. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Education from Indiana University and her Masters in Educational Leadership with a Catholic School concentration from the University of Dayton. Currently, she is working towards her Ed D in Organizational Leadership through the University of Dayton.
