Colleen Santoni is an Adjunct Assistant Clinical Professor in the Institute for Educational Initiatives at the University of Notre Dame and supervises a community of ACE Teaching Fellows in Dallas, Texas. She provides professional development and coaching to educators and leaders nationally and internationally through her role as an educational consultant with Northshore Learning.
Santoni’s professional interests center on restorative practices, positive classroom management, and the development of executive function skills for all students. Her work emphasizes supporting teacher well-being and equipping educators with practical tools for effective classroom practice.
She is a graduate of the ACE Teaching Fellows program (ACE 3) and has over 25 years of experience in education. Santoni taught middle school religion and social studies in Fort Worth, TX, and later served as Assistant Principal at St. Patrick in Dallas. She also worked at the University of Notre Dame’s Center for Social Concerns as Director for Student Outreach for Service and Social Action.
Santoni earned a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame, a Master of Arts in Teaching from the University of Portland, and a certificate in School Leadership from Creighton University. She lives in Richardson, Texas, with her husband and is the proud mother of three adult sons.
