Michelle Dougherty, M.Ed.

Michelle Dougherty is the Learning Lab Coordinator and Special Services/Resource Teacher at Philly John Neumann Catholic School in Knoxville, Tennessee. She grew up in Chester, Pennsylvania, before relocating with her family. Michelle has served as an elementary teacher in multiple settings and as a reading coach prior to her current position. She earned a Master’s degree in Elementary Education from the University of South Alabama. Michelle completed PIE 3.

Michelle serves as a PIE Advocate Leader (PAL) and supports current PIE cohort members.
