Mireya Lopez is the Middle School Coordinator for ACE PATH. Mireya was born and raised in Tucson, AZ where she attended St. John the Evangelist Catholic School and San Miguel High School. She then attended Regis University in Colorado, studying Psychology and Criminal Justice. She moved to Oregon and taught elementary school kids in an after-school program.
Mireya was a pioneer as a first Rising Teacher intern in PATH’s opening summer of 2018 and returned to serve for three additional summers. PATH has remained a passion for her even while she was away, and she is thrilled to be giving back to the community that helped her achieve many of her goals.
