Nikki Chase joins us as Program Coordinator after spending nearly two decades as a secondary educator. She began her career teaching at the former Kesling Middle School, followed by eight years at Mishawaka High School where she was chosen by her colleagues as Teacher of the Year in 2010. While at Mishawaka, Nikki was also an adjunct professor at Ivy Tech - South Bend. Most recently, Nikki taught at New Prairie High School, also serving as the co-department chair for the Social Studies team. In addition to her classroom duties, Nikki has been an AP Exam Reader for AP Human Geography for four years.

Nikki earned a B.A. from Bethel College (Indiana)—concentrating her studies on American Sign Language, French and Spanish—and a Masters in Secondary Education from Indiana University - South Bend. She holds an Indiana Educator’s License in the areas of geography, world history, US history, reading, and ENL.
