Candidates should have a valid Tennessee teaching license (or be working to obtain one), a bachelor’s degree (master’s degree preferred), at least three years’ experience teaching in an elementary or middle school setting and be models of the Christian faith and virtue. Teachers are responsible for lesson planning, classroom management, leading students to excel academically, and in fostering a sense of responsibility and respect.
The 4th grade teacher is to perform responsibilities and assignments in a manner consistent with the mission, philosophy, goals, and policies of Overbrook Catholic School.
