St. Mary's High School is seeking a full time high school (9 - 12 ) principal for the 2025 - 2026 academic year. The ideal candidate will have a master in education, previous experience in administration, and a proven track record in areas of faith and academic leadership. Under the leadership of the President, the principal will guide the school in its mission, Catholic intellectual tradition, and formation.
St. Mary's High School has been serving the city of Colorado Springs for 139 years and our growing Catholic community. While an independent school, it adheres to the Magisterium and works collaboratively with the Diocese of Colorado Springs and Bishop James Golka. Colorado Springs is the fastest growing city in Colorado, sits at the foot of Pikes Peak, home the United States Air Force Academy, is an hour away from Denver, and is within minutes of many outdoor activities -- hiking, skiing, fishing, camping and more.
